Mr Ernest Osei has over twenty (20) years banking experience in the areas of Banking Operations, Internal Control and Auditing,Risk and Compliance Management,Foreign and Local Funds transfer Management, Strategic Corporate planning and Financial Reporting.
Prior to his current appointment as the Head of Internal Control and Audit, he was the Branch Manager of Kwahu Rural Bank in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
His experience spans from Accounting to Operations as well as Internal Control and Auditing. He started his career at Mponua Rural Bank as a Teller and through hard work he rose through the ranks quickly to become the Head of Central Accounts.
Mr. Osei hold MBA (Accounting) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, BSC Accounting and Finance from the Presbyterian University College Abetifi Ghana, Certificate in Forensic Investigation Accounting and Audit from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA).
Mr. Osei has attended many training courses including Effective Cashiering, Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction, Financial Risk Management, Anti Money Laundering and Combating Financial Terrorism and Team building and new banking Act 930 and 931 by the Millienium Financial Centre.
